Accommodation/ Tenancy

Accommodation Tenancy NDIS provides and assists in housing and tenancy services, NDIS Housing investment, specialized disability housing, and public and community housing alternatives are all available. The NDIS provides excellent possibilities to guide your life in the direction of independence, allowing you to achieve everyday goals that were previously impossible.
We help participants meet their housing goals by coordinating with DHHS, real estate agents, or proprietors to identify problems that may jeopardize tenancy, implementing effective strategies to maintain current tenancies, looking at alternative housing options, assisting with private rental and DHHS rental applications, and obtaining DHHS Bond loans and household essentials. We give aid with housing and tenancy by assisting with budgeting, liaising with utility suppliers, and getting Utility Relief Grants, as well as finding sustainable housing with freedom.

Assist-Life Stage, Transition

As Assisted Life Stage Transition we provides short and long-term assistance to participants in order to enhance and support their skills and choices. They are able to stay at home and participate in community events as a result of this. Mentoring, peer support, and skill development that focuses on individual needs are all part of this. Cooking, gardening, and exercise lessons are among the life skills opportunities included in the enhanced wellness program. It also includes high-intensity daily personal activities such as grooming, meditation, sensory programming, and music and dance courses, as well as personal care support. These relaxing and enjoyable hobbies will boost one’s sense of worth and well-being.

Assist-Personal Activities

Our support staff are well-trained and courteous, and they will assist you with day-to-day tasks. People who are elderly or disabled are unable to do their everyday tasks effectively. We continue to assume responsibility for such people’s personal hygiene activities, such as showering, oral hygiene, and clothing etc.
We also help with eating and drinking, getting in and out of bed, and toileting, as well as bowel and bladder management. In addition, we ensure that we will accompany you to your weekly or monthly doctors or dentist clinic visits.

Assist-Travel/ Transport

We provide NDIS Assist Travel Transport for participants who are unable to use public transportation due to a disability. Our transportation assistance providers have a valid driver’s license, have passed a police background check, and are qualified. Our special transportation arrangements will take you from one location to another and then return you to home. Our support staff will arrange secure and convenient transportation services to assist you in getting to attend various outings, frequent doctor’s appointments, or weekly excursions to shopping malls. Our assistance/travel/transport specialists are available for weekly or daily travels. These transportation options can make it easier and safer for you to move about.

Participate Community

Engage in community activities Under the NDIS, people with disabilities can participate in social and community activities. To meet daily and weekly goals, participants must participate in social, communal, and recreational activities in a center or community environment. These activities aid in the development of skills and confidence, as well as the ability to interact in and participate in community activities. Just a few examples include tuition classes, sports coaching, art classes, camps, and vacation activities. Attendees can participate in dance, singing, painting, horseback riding, and other universal leisure activities.

Daily Tasks/ Shared Living

We have specialized and highly trained employees with the necessary skills and abilities to address the unique requirements of those who require complicated care. Our members have both the practical and personal skills to give competent and compassionate assistance that places our participants at the center of all we do. Our goal is for everyone to be able to live independently, which is why we provide daily living assistance so that our participants may live the life they choose. Innovative Community Participation

We provide innovative community participation that is both enjoyable and productive. This is what we’re licensed to do under the NDIA. Learning, exercise, community participation, and fun activities are all available. Our day programs are also tailored to your specific interests and objectives. Household Tasks

Supports the individual in maintaining his or her home environment. This may entail performing necessary home activities or providing assistance in the event that the individual is unable to do so.

Group/Centre Activities

We encourage socializing while also providing worker-led and self-directed capacity-building programs. Participants are welcome to engage in self-directed activities inside the space, participate in led seminars, or do both. All activities are led by the participants and are only limited by their ideas.
The following are some of the program’s activities:
Life Skills development – e.g.: grocery shopping, cooking, personal care, gardening, household tasks
Improved Health & Wellbeing – e.g.: health & wellbeing awareness and education, group fitness activities, walks, swimming, yoga
Literacy and Numeracy – e.g.: tailored programs to suit learning ability, money handling, budgeting, reading and writing skills
Recreational  – e.g.: ten pin bowling, music, dancing, picnics, art and craft
Community access – e.g.: library, music works, community events, shopping, museum, art gallery, volunteer groups.
